Job Description
PulseMediaNL is seeking a reliable and customer\-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This role is essential for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
**Responsibilities**
* Customer Interaction \& Support
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
* Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies
* Assist customers with orders, account updates, and general inquiries
* Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
**Issue Resolution \& Follow\-Up**
* Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
* Track and document customer interactions in internal systems
* Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
**Customer Experience \& Engagement**
* Deliver a positive and consistent customer experience aligned with company standards
* Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services
* Support customer retention through professional and helpful service
* Contribute to building strong customer relationships
**Systems \& Administrative Support**
* Use CRM and support tools to manage and document customer interactions
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
* Assist with updating FAQs, help center content, and internal documentation
* Follow established processes and service guidelines
**Requirements**
**About the Ideal Candidate**
* 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail
* Professional, patient, and customer\-focused attitude
* Comfortable working in a remote environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
