Role \& responsibilities :
* Handle customer inquiries via phone.
* Provide detailed information about our products and services.
* Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.

* Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile :
* Experience: 0\-3 years.
* CTC: 2\.5 4LPA \+ Attractive Incentives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle high\-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
* Strong problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree preferred.
