Milele Pakistan is looking for a
**Customer Service Representative (Multilingual)**
to manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer queries via calls in a professional and timely manner
* Make outbound calls for follow\-ups, support and customer engagement
* Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns
* Maintain proper call records and CRM updates
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
* Meet assigned call handling and performance targets
**Requirements**
* Fluency in English (mandatory) and good command on other languages (Arabic, French, Spanish) will be preferred.
* 1–3 years of experience in a call center (inbound/outbound)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
* Willingness to work in a fast\-paced environment
Note: Profiles having exposure to GCC customer handling and experience in customer support/telesales will be given preference.
