We are seeking a motivated **Customer Service Representative** to join our marine service team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers needing boat service, parts, and accessories. In addition to assisting customers and coordinating service work, the position will also help maintain the company’s **social media presence and website updates** to promote products, services, and seasonal boating information. **Key Responsibilities** **Customer Service Representative** * Greet customers in person, by phone, and online inquiries * Discuss service and repair needs for boats, outboards, and marine equipment * Create and manage service work orders * Communicate repair progress and completion timelines to customers * Process customer payments * Assist customers with marine parts, accessories, and supplies * Maintain parts displays and assist with inventory organization **Social Media \& Website Support** * Assist with posting content on company **Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms** * Assist with **updating website content** including services, promotions, and contact information * Share and upload photos of boats, parts, or shop updates **Qualifications** * Previous experience in **customer service** * Interest or knowledge of **boats, marine engines, or mechanical equipment** preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment * Familiarity with **social media platforms and basic website updates** * Marine industry experience would be an asset * Experience with **social media management tools** Job Types: Full\-time, Seasonal Pay: $17\.00\-$20\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
