**Role Overview**
Lega\-Nova Group is seeking a
**Customer Service Representative**
to join our New York team.
This position focuses on
**client relations and account management**
, where you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while supporting the growth and retention of client accounts.
This is a
**face\-to\-face, customer\-facing role**
and does not involve call center or telemarketing responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Represent client brands in
**in\-person customer interactions**
, delivering a high standard of service
* Manage and maintain
**existing customer accounts**
, ensuring satisfaction and retention
* Build professional relationships with customers to support long\-term engagement
* Identify opportunities for
**account growth, upgrades, and additional services**
* Collaborate with internal teams to support
**client acquisition and ongoing account management efforts**
* Accurately record customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement
**Qualifications**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in
**customer\-facing environments**
* Professional, reliable, and results\-oriented approach
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is preferred but not required
