**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Handle
**inbound calls**
from customers related to
**Kotak 811 digital savings accounts**
2. Resolve customer queries related to
**mobile app usage, transactions, login, or account issues**
3. Assist customers with
**troubleshooting**
and guide them step\-by\-step
4. Ensure
**first\-call resolution**
and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
5. Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the relevant departments
6. Maintain call logs and update CRM systems diligently
7\.Meet performance targets like
**AHT, quality scores, and customer experience metrics**
