**Customer Service Advisor** **Location: Horley, Surrey** **Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum** We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and professional team based in Horley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer experiences and thrives in a fast\-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person * Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently * Managing orders, bookings, or service requests from start to finish * Updating internal systems with customer details and interactions * Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care at all times What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in a customer service or customer\-facing role * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * A positive, approachable, and problem\-solving attitude * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure * Confident IT skills and attention to detail * Reliable, punctual, and team\-oriented
