About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely from California. In this role, you will be the vital link between consumers and the healthcare services they rely on. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries related to healthcare benefits, and guiding them through their options with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

  • Secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)

  • Engage thoughtfully with consumers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Research across multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries effectively

  • Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining professionalism and quality standards
  • Follow scheduled breaks and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
