This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high\-performance, remote sales organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments. * Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results. * Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real\-time coaching. * Contribute to a fast\-paced, data\-driven sales culture focused on growth. * Work a full\-time schedule (40 hours/week) betwee **n 12 PM and 12 AM E** ST. wit **h availability to work on Saturdays.** **Qualifications** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Fast learner with a proactive and goal\-oriented attitude. * Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes. * Fluent English (written and spoken). * No prior sales experience required — training provided. **Work Environment \& Requirements** * 100% remote — work from anywhere. * Collaborative, multicultural, and growth\-focused environment. * Regular 90\-day performance and promotion reviews. * Must have access to reliable internet and a quiet work setup. **Compensation** Performance\-based pay with weekly commissions and bonuses.
