The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving client issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through email, phone, and chat platforms. The representative will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, advocate for customer needs, and work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience. Additionally, the role requires proactive engagement with clients to provide timely updates and insights. **Qualifications** * Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction * Experience in managing and enhancing Customer Experience and building positive customer relationships * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and active listening skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain organized client records * Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is an advantage * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus * Previous experience in customer service roles within the accounting or financial services industry is a bonus
