In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in delivering a positive experience while supporting daily operations in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies * Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as needed * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor * Maintain detailed and accurate customer records * Follow company guidelines and customer service standards * Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree a plus) * Previous customer service experience preferred but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations * Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software * Strong problem\-solving and multitasking abilities **Skills \& Competencies** * Excellent verbal and written communication * Active listening * Empathy and patience * Time management and organization * Attention to detail
