**What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

* Assist customers with technical or product\-related issues by guiding them through troubleshooting steps
* Process customer orders, track shipments, and facilitate returns or exchanges
* Maintain records of customer interactions to track trends and provide comprehensive customer history
* Recognize crisis situations and evaluate for needed action to minimize risk
**What Is Required (Qualifications)**
* 1\+ years of experience in a call center environment
* Experience in a social, psychological, or human service field providing client support
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to actively listen and interact with callers in a professional manner
* Compliance with policies and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality of member information
