Night Shift (10:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

Cannt Plaza, 2nd Floor, Coffee Planet, Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and answer customer inquiries.
• Return missed calls and provide timely assistance.
• Respond to customer queries through live chat and email.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Record customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to improve products and services.
• Learn product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
• Communicate with business clients and offer support regarding products and enterprise software platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work night shifts.
