The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering positive customer experiences. Additionally, you will play a vital role in affiliate sales, helping the company maintain and grow strong relationships with its affiliate partners while achieving sales goals. **Qualifications** * Strong background in Customer Service, with proven experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction * Proficiency in managing and enhancing Customer Experience through clear communication and problem\-solving * Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and drive retention * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a solution\-oriented mindset * Experience in sales or affiliate marketing is a plus * Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage * Fluency in English and strong verbal/written communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
