Job Description
**Job responsibilities:**
**P2P business operation**
* Timely release and manage P2P advertising.
* Review and approve P2P orders based on internal SOP.
* Ensure smooth and accurate completion of P2P transactions between buyers and sellers.
**Settlement and exchange**
* Responsible for timely and accurate exchange of fiat currency to USDT.
* Monitor exchange rates to ensure transactions comply with internal control requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of settlement transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
**Order review and compliance**
* Review and approve recharge and withdrawal applications according to the SOP process.
* Identify and report any suspicious or unusual transactions.
* Ensure that all transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
**Account and fund management**
* Monitor account balance and transaction flow changes daily.
* Ensure reasonable allocation of funds among multiple accounts and maintain sufficient liquidity.
* Assist in fund reconciliation and provide timely account change reports.
**Risk monitoring and reporting**
* Closely monitor risk factors associated with trading and account activities.
* Report potential issues to management in a timely manner and propose preventive measures.
* Assist in implementing risk control mechanisms in the operation team.
**Support and collaboration**
* Collaborate with customer service and compliance teams to resolve transaction\-related issues.
* Provide timely feedback and support to internal departments.
* Complete other temporary tasks and projects assigned by management.
**Job requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, business or related fields.
* Candidates with experience in financial operations, cryptocurrency exchanges, or payment operations are preferred.
* Careful in work, able to strictly follow SOP operations.
* Possess good analytical skills and be able to monitor and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Proficient in Excel and financial systems; knowledge of blockchain /USDT preferred.
* Possess a high sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and risk awareness.
* Possess independent work ability and teamwork spirit, good communication skills.
