Established in 2012, BlackboxMyCar is the largest distributor of dash cams in North America. We partner with the best\-in\-class manufacturers to bring top\-quality dash cams at the best prices to consumers, combined with providing the most in\-depth information available to ensure that our customers are always making informed purchasing decisions.
We are currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic Customer Service \& RMA Specialist. The working days would be Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday and Monday off.
**THE POSITION WILL NEED YOU TO**
* Greet \& assist customers via phone, email, in\-person, text message, and live chat
* Deal with customer sales inquiries, technical support, and general customer service
* Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
* Assist the sales supervisor and manager in other reasonably assigned duties and responsibilities
* Process, test and refurbish consumer returns.
**YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE**
* Precision\-oriented
* A great communicator
* Able to type at least 55 WPM
* Experience with e\-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
* Experience with CRM systems
* Interested in the auto industry
* Interested in technology
**IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE**
* Previous customer service experience
* Familiarity with dash cams
* Familiarity with vehicles (know the make and model of most vehicles)
