**Role Description**
We are looking for a
**Customer Service Representative**
to be the face of our operations at
**Abu Dhabi Mall.**
This role is ideal for someone who is customer\-focused, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for tenants, retailers, and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, tenants, and retailers
* Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
* Manage the mall’s switchboard and paging system
* Support customer service desk operations and maintain its presentation
* Assist with gift voucher sales and loyalty program (Touch Points) redemptions
* Coordinate and support promotional campaigns (e.g., “Spend \& Win”)
* Distribute retailer communications to tenants
* Support mall events, activations, and general operations
* Ensure accessibility and support for customers with special needs
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
* Proficiency in managing Customer Experience and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on problem\-solving and active listening.
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and effectively handle multiple tasks.
* Detail\-oriented with strong organizational skills to document and monitor customer interactions and resolutions.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly in Arabic, are a plus.
* Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred).
