- Monday to Thursday (AM Shift): 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM / $19 per hour
- Monday to Thursday (PM Shift): 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM / $19.75 per hour

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries, and supporting daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks and maintain organized customer files.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong patience, empathy, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn and navigate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
