Support Agent – Service Desk
to join their team supporting a major public safety communications initiative in Ontario.

, supporting critical frontline services including emergency responders, law enforcement, healthcare, and public infrastructure teams.
About the Role
As a
Support Agent
, you will be the frontline contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality support.
You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting mission-critical communication systems that serve thousands of frontline workers across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues effectively
- Process service requests using CRM tools
- Manage and update inventory systems
- Complete service orders and support billing/invoicing processes
- Ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum
3 years of customer service experience
(telecom or technical support preferred)
- Strong
communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Ability to
multi-task, prioritize, and perform under changing demands
- Detail-oriented with strong
analytical thinking skills
- Self-driven, accountable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic accounting knowledge
is an asset
- Bilingual (English/French)
is an asset
