**Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Urdu Speaking) – Exchange House** **Location: Abu Dhabi** **Job Overview:** We are hiring a Customer Service Executive for a leading exchange house in Abu Dhabi. The role requires candidates with prior UAE exchange house experience, strong customer handling skills, and fluency in Urdu to effectively serve walk\-in customers and support remittance and foreign exchange transactions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle customer transactions including remittances, WPS, and foreign currency exchange * Provide accurate information on exchange rates, fees, and services * Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE Central Bank regulations * Perform KYC verification and maintain proper documentation * Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards * Handle cash transactions and ensure proper balancing at the end of the shift * Promote company services and cross\-sell products when applicable **Requirements:** * Mandatory: Prior experience in a UAE exchange house (e.g., teller / customer service role) * Fluency in Urdu and English (Arabic is a plus) * Good understanding of remittance systems and exchange operations * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with exchange software systems * Ability to work in shifts and handle high customer volumes **Preferred Candidate Profile:** * Currently based in UAE * Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred * Experience handling high\-volume branches **Salary \& Benefits:** * Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 (depending on experience) * Other benefits as per UAE labor law
