Customer Service Executive

The Opportunity We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team at our DMCC office. In this role, you will be at the center of our trade operations — managing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, liaising with suppliers and customers, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. This is a hands\-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced trading environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers • Generate invoices and shipment\-related documentation • Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules • Coordinate with customers on order updates and shipment timelines • Inspect and verify cargo upon arrival at the hub • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping and commercial documents • Prepare and review documents for bank submission • Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and documentation • Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks as required Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, trade operations, or logistics coordination role • Proficiency in Zoho (Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or similar) and MS Office / Excel • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast\-paced environment Preferred • Prior experience in the trading or packaging industry • Familiarity with shipping documentation, Letters of Credit, and bank document submission processes • Knowledge of UAE trade and customs procedures What We Offer • Competitive compensation package • Health insurance coverage • Annual flight tickets • Employment visa sponsorship • A collaborative, growth\-oriented work environment**
