With a strong emphasis on ethical practices, research\-driven learning, and personalized one\-to\-one mentorship, Delta Academy delivers high\-quality online and offline training programs designed to simplify access to global financial markets and empower long\-term success. **About the Role** We are currently seeking 5 Customer Service Executives to join our Research \& Analytical Department for immediate hiring. The role involves handling customer interactions, supporting research\-driven services, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally Address customer queries related to services, research support, and academic programs Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of customer communications and follow\-ups Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer requests Support service and sales\-related activities when required Deliver consistent customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication Interest in Forex trading and financial markets is a plus (Training will be provided) **Eligibility \& Requirements** Visa Status: Preference to housewives with spouse visa holders Experience: Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience Experience in India or the UAE is acceptable **Language Skills:** Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory Additional language proficiency will be an added advantage Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer\-handling abilities Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-oriented, professional environment  Proficiency in malayam and hindi is an advantage
