**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
* Maintain records of interactions in systems or trackers
* Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
* Coordinate with internal teams when required
* Support basic reporting and administrative tasks
**Skills \& Competencies**
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace)
* Good problem\-solving ability and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
