They’re on the lookout for a **Customer Service Coordinator** to join their growing team\- an incredible opportunity to be part of a fast\-moving brand where customer experience is at the heart of everything they do. **Customer Service Coordinator (Part\-Time, 30hrs/week)** Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast\-paced e\-commerce environment? **📍 Location:** London 1 day onsite a week in office. **📄 Contract:** Part\-time (30 hours per week) **👤 Reporting to:** Ecommerce Manager **The Role:** As our **Customer Service Coordinator** , you’ll be the voice of the brand\-managing customer enquiries and ensuring a seamless, end\-to\-end experience across every touchpoint. From order queries to resolving complex issues, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a high standard of service and building lasting customer relationships. **Responsibilities:** * Managing customer enquiries across email * Supporting customers with orders, delivery, returns \& product info * Resolving issues (late deliveries, damaged items, complaints) with care * Processing returns and exchanges efficiently * Collaborating with warehouse, operations \& e\-commerce teams * Coordinating with couriers and internal teams to solve fulfilment issues **Ideal candidate:** * Experience in customer service (fashion, retail, or e\-commerce preferred) * Strong communication skills with great attention to detail * Proactive, organised, and solution\-focused mindset * Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment * Familiarity with Google Workspace (Shopify, SWAP, Global\-e a bonus!)
