Customer Relationship Manager

**About the Role:** We are looking for a results\-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing manufacturing operations. In this mid\-level role, you will serve as the critical link between our production capabilities and our client base — ensuring long\-term customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast\-paced industrial environment and have a passion for building lasting client partnerships, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build, manage, and nurture long\-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and B2B clients across manufacturing verticals. * Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, order updates, and after\-sales support. * Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio. * Prepare and present regular reports on customer engagement, retention rates, and pipeline activity to senior management. * Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and within defined SLAs. * Coordinate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a seamless handoff process. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of all customer interactions and contracts. **Required Qualifications:** * Able to Work from Office, we are located at Sec 4, IMT Manesar. * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field. * 2\+ years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, or a client\-facing role — preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and B2B sales cycles. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously under pressure **How to Apply:** Fill out the below google form.
