With a global team of 80\+ people, ZIWO is the tech company where innovation meets impact. **About The Role** We’re looking for a highly organized and client\-focused Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll support new clients as they get started with ZIWO, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience through hands\-on coordination, setup assistance, and training support. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or coordination who is eager to grow in a fast\-paced, tech\-driven environment. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Assist in scheduling onboarding sessions and maintaining clear communication with clients * Help configure ZIWO setups for new customers according to their business needs * Guide clients through onboarding documentation, videos, and platform tutorials * Track onboarding progress and escalate any blockers to the senior team * Collect feedback from clients and support post\-onboarding surveys * Keep CRM records updated with onboarding milestones and activities * Ensure each client receives the tools and guidance needed for a successful launch What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree in any field * Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, training coordination, or administrative roles * Strong organizational and follow\-up skills * Tech\-savvy with an interest in SaaS platforms * Familiarity with CRM and onboarding tools * Fluent in Arabic and English Why Join ZIWO * Be part of a fast\-growing SaaS company shaping the future of customer engagement * Work with a collaborative, client\-first team passionate about making an impact * Grow your career in a supportive, fast\-paced environment * Make a difference for businesses across the region using our platform ZIWO is an equal opportunity employer.
