As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will own a defined sales territory and serve as the dedicated point of contact for customers from initial inquiry through order completion. This role blends soft sales, order management, and proactive account stewardship to deliver an exceptional end\-to\-end customer experience.
You will handle inbound and outbound customer outreach, process orders, provide freight quotes, manage claims, and proactively maintain clean, up\-to\-date account activity across your assigned territory.

**What You’ll Do Every Day**
* Own a defined sales territory, serving as the primary point of contact and managing customer relationships from initial inquiry through order completion.
* Drive soft sales by understanding customer needs, presenting relevant product options, and guiding customers toward purchasing decisions.
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated in a timely manner.
* Provide accurate freight quotes and communicate shipping timelines and costs to customers as part of the order process.
* Manage customer claims from initiation through resolution, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
* Conduct proactive outreach to customers within your territory to follow up on open orders, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong account relationships.
* Maintain clean, accurate account and order records within CRM systems; proactively identify and resolve incomplete or inconsistent data within your territory.
* Collaborate cross\-functionally with operations, logistics, and internal teams to resolve issues, support promotions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Monitor open orders and account activity across your territory, proactively identifying and resolving gaps, delays, or outstanding items before they impact the customer.
* Stay current on the Eurø Style product assortment, pricing, and operational processes to serve as a knowledgeable, reliable resource for customers.
**What You Bring to the Role**
* Experience in a customer\-facing sales or account management role, with strong communication skills and a detail\-oriented approach.
* Comfortable with soft sales — able to build rapport, identify customer needs, and guide purchasing decisions without a hard\-sell approach.
* Familiarity with order processing, freight quoting, and claims management in a wholesale, distribution, or B2B environment.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage a territory — balancing inbound requests, proactive outreach, and account maintenance simultaneously.
* Comfort working cross\-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams.
* Experience using CRM systems to document interactions and track follow\-ups.
* Interest in or familiarity with furniture, home furnishings, or wholesale/distribution products; ability to learn and clearly communicate product details to customers.
