**Role Description**
We are seeking a full\-time Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at our Manchester office. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide personalized support, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, providing guidance on available support systems, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
* Excellent problem\-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
* Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
* Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
* Experience in customer service or client\-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare or support service field
* Empathy and understanding of the needs of older adults and their families
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records
* A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
* Familiarity with UK eldercare support systems is a plus
