**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role located in Lahore for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) \| Chat Support Specialists \& Cold Callers. The role involves engaging with customers through chat and outbound calls, addressing service inquiries, providing real\-time support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include handling customer complaints, guiding clients through processes, and maintaining accurate records of interactions to enhance customer experience.
**Qualifications**
* Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and managing Customer Satisfaction
* Capability to enhance Customer Experience and ensure high levels of client engagement
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively
* Problem\-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations while maintaining composure
* Familiarity with chat support and cold calling practices is a plus
* Proficiency in relevant tools or software for managing customer interactions
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
