Job Description
ibex, on behalf of its  **Global client** , is seeking a  **Customer Service Representative**  for a  **night\-shift role** . This is a  **client\-facing position**  responsible for delivering a  **premium customer experience**  through inbound call management. Shift timings are  **700 PM \- 400 AM**  or  **800 PM \- 500 AM** , with  **rotational days off.**   * Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, ensuring a high\-quality customer experience. * Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining excellent service standards. * Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, enhancing their confidence and satisfaction. * Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions. * Maintain composure and professionalism while handling complex or sensitive customer interactions. * Uphold the client’s brand reputation by consistently delivering exceptional service. * Adapt smoothly to night\-shift schedules and contribute effectively while following   **scheduled days off** .   * **Exceptional English communication skills** , both written and verbal. * **1\-2 years of experience**   in customer support or client service. * Strong client service orientation with the ability to deliver high\-touch, professional customer experiences. * Comfortable working   **night shifts**   ( **700 PM \- 400 AM**   or   **800 PM \- 500 AM** ) with   **scheduled days off** . * Detail\-oriented, patient, and capable of handling high\-volume or sensitive customer interactions with professionalism. * Self\-motivated and committed to delivering excellent client satisfaction.
