* Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
* Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, enhancing their confidence and satisfaction.
* Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
* Maintain composure and professionalism while handling complex or sensitive customer interactions.
* Uphold the client’s brand reputation by consistently delivering exceptional service.
* Adapt smoothly to night\-shift schedules and contribute effectively while following

* **Exceptional English communication skills**
