CSA Engineer \- Hyperscale Data Centre Construction

We are seeking an experienced
**CSA Engineer**
to support the delivery of a hyperscale data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden. Reporting to the
**CSA Project Manager**
, you will play a key role in coordinating Civil, Structural, and Architectural works, ensuring safe, high\-quality delivery in line with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of all CSA works on site.
* Review drawings, specifications, technical submittals, and construction documentation.
* Monitor subcontractor performance and progress against programme milestones.
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Manage inspections, quality records, ITPs, and snagging activities.
* Assist in resolving technical and construction issues on site.
* Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, commissioning, and client teams.
* Track and report progress, risks, and constraints to the CSA Project Manager.
* Support testing, turnover, and project handover activities.
* Promote the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity across all work fronts.
**Requirements**
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* 3\+ years' experience in a CSA, Site Engineer, or Project Engineer role.
* Experience delivering large\-scale construction projects such as Data Centres, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, or Mission Critical facilities.
* Strong understanding of concrete structures, structural steel, architectural finishes, and external works.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction programmes.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Desirable
* Previous hyperscale data centre experience.
* Experience working on international projects.
* Knowledge of BIM and digital construction platforms.
* Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, turnover, and commissioning processes.
