**Job Description**
As the first dedicated Crew Experience Lead, you will design the internal operating system for a high\-growth startup scaling from 35 to 100\+ people. You’ll own the end\-to\-end employee lifecycle, from high\-context onboarding to office culture and internal communications, ensuring every ritual and space reflects the company’s high\-performance standards.

**What You Will Do**
* Design and execute a world\-class onboarding system that transforms offer acceptance into immediate, high\-context contribution.
* Curate the office environment and company rituals, including "Folkmoot" all\-hands, offsites, and demo days, to drive mission alignment.
* Build internal communication infrastructure and feedback loops that treat the employee experience with the same rigor as a product.

* Proven experience building or scaling culture in high\-growth startups, mission\-driven companies, or premium community ecosystems.
* A versatile "operator\-host" mindset capable of both high\-level strategy and hands\-on execution of events and communications.
* Exceptional academic background and a track record of thriving in high\-intensity environments where standards and taste levels are paramount.
