Country HR Business Partner – UK

Four Corners, a recruitment firm specialized in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle sectors, on behalf of a Luxury Fashion Company, is looking for a: **Country HR Business Partner – UK** The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full HR function for the UK market, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business objectives. The role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities within an international and matrix organization, guaranteeing high\-quality HR delivery across the entire employee lifecycle. The role reports hierarchically to the Country Manager UK and functionally to the Regional HR Director. **Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes; * Support performance management, talent development and retention initiatives; * Oversee HR operations and payroll in collaboration with external providers; * Manage contracts, HRIS and ensure the update of the UK Employee Handbook; * Handle Employee Relations matters (disciplinary processes, grievances, performance improvement plans), supporting line managers; * Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and ACAS guidelines; * Monitor and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, performance), supporting business decision\-making; * Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders within a matrix environment. **Requirements:** * CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent; * Strong knowledge of UK employment law; * Proven experience in HR Generalist/HR Business Partner roles; * Previous experience in Retail and/or Luxury environments is preferred; * Strong analytical and communication skills; * Experience working in international and matrix organizations; * Fluency in English and knowledge of Italian is considered a plus. **Location** : London The position is open to candidates of all genders (Law 903/77\) – Aegis Srl, AUT.
