You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across legal, finance, tax, HR, treasury, and compliance functions. Accountabilities In this role, you will lead and support a broad range of corporate legal and governance activities across domestic and international entities, ensuring compliance, structure, and alignment with business strategy. You will act as a key legal partner to internal stakeholders on governance, structuring, and regulatory matters. * Lead corporate governance matters including board support, entity management, and governance best practices across jurisdictions. * Advise on domestic and international corporate structuring, subsidiary management, and regulatory compliance requirements. * Support corporate registrations, licensing obligations, and ongoing compliance for global entities. * Partner with compliance teams on AML, KYC/UBO, and other regulatory frameworks. * Collaborate with Finance, Tax, HR, Treasury, and Legal teams on cross\-functional corporate initiatives. * Support corporate development activities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. * Contribute to the development of legal playbooks, governance processes, and scalable frameworks within the corporate legal function. * Provide clear, practical legal advice that enables business teams to operate efficiently while managing risk. * Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators where necessary, on corporate governance matters. **Requirements** The ideal candidate brings strong corporate law expertise with experience in governance, structuring, and regulatory environments, ideally within high\-growth or highly regulated industries.
