Role Description The Cosmetic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cosmetics section, ensuring attractive merchandising, accurate product placement, and a consistently clean and organized display area. This full-time, on-site role in Rawalpindi includes supervising cosmetic sales associates, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement for replenishment, and maintaining product quality and expiry checks. The role involves guiding customers with product knowledge, recommending suitable items, and supporting promotions to drive sales while upholding Rainbow’s customer service standards. The Cosmetic Supervisor also tracks daily sales performance, prepares basic reports, assists with training new team members, and ensures compliance with company policies and hygiene and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients, understand needs, and provide product guidance.
- Experience in retail operations or cosmetics merchandising, including visual display, stock organization, and shelf management.
- Basic supervisory or team leadership skills, such as task delegation, shift coordination, and on-the-floor staff support.
- Sales and communication skills, including promoting offers, handling objections, and meeting section sales targets.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for monitoring product expiry, stock rotation, and maintaining documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi on a full-time schedule, including weekends or holidays as required by retail operations.
- Previous experience in cosmetics, beauty, or personal care retail is preferred; familiarity with popular brands and product types is an advantage.
- Minimum education at intermediate level (or equivalent); additional training in retail, cosmetology, or customer service is beneficial.
