Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-driven
**Corporate Sales Manager**
to aggressively grow and lead our B2B sales operations within our retail business unit.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire high\-value corporate clients across key UAE sectors including Hotels, Restaurants \& Cafés (HORECA), Hospitals, Clinics \& Healthcare Facilities, Large\-scale Catering Companies \& Worker Camps
* Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to continuously expand the business pipeline.
* Build strong industry relationships and secure long\-term supply partnerships.
* Manage and maintain key corporate accounts while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
* Lead commercial negotiations including pricing agreements, SLAs, and supply contracts.
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Monitor market trends, sales performance, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports for senior management.
* Ensure timely collections and manage customer credit exposure responsibly.
* Work closely with finance and operations teams to support smooth business execution.
* Provide market insights and product demand trends to support long\-term purchasing and inventory strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* Proven experience in corporate/B2B sales within retail, FMCG, food service, or wholesale sectors.
* Strong network within HORECA, healthcare, catering, or related UAE industries.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Strong understanding of sales forecasting, collections, and account management.
* Ability to work independently and drive aggressive sales growth.
