Corporate Legal Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Our client, a diversified investment group, is looking to hire a
Corporate Legal Executive
to join their team in Dubai.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the successful candidate will support the legal, corporate governance, compliance, and company secretarial functions across the Group's businesses.
This opportunity is ideal for a legally qualified professional who can translate commercial discussions into well-structured legal agreements while working closely with executive leadership across sectors including property development, real estate, commodities trading, investment management, and capital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, Joint Venture Agreements, consultancy, employment, supplier, and service agreements.
- Prepare board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, and governance documentation.
- Maintain statutory records, corporate registers, and compliance calendars.
- Support company incorporations, restructurings, licensing, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, external legal counsel, auditors, and corporate service providers.
- Manage legal documentation, contract registers, SharePoint records, and document control processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification (Mandatory).
- 3–5+ years of experience in corporate legal, governance, compliance, or company secretarial functions.
- Strong commercial contract drafting and legal documentation skills.
- Experience preparing corporate governance documentation and board papers.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently while supporting senior executives with confidential and commercially sensitive matters.
Preferred
- UAE corporate or commercial legal experience.
- Experience within real estate, property development, investment, or commodities sectors.
- Familiarity with UAE Mainland and Free Zone corporate administration.
