Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include **Benchmark** , **General Catalyst** , **Peter Thiel** , **Adam D'Angelo** , **Larry Summers** , and **Jack Dorsey** . **Position:** Legal Expert — Transactional / Corporate (Remote, Hourly) **Type:** **Contract** **Compensation:** **$85–$120/hour** **Location:** **Remote** **Commitment:** **20–40 hours/week** **Role Responsibilities** * Design realistic deal scenarios from transactional practice such as M\&A due diligence, SPAs/APAs, and securities filings. * Write "golden" reference responses at attorney\-level quality. * Grade AI\-generated responses using structured rubrics. * Provide written feedback to improve model behavior. * Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions. **Qualifications** **Must\-Have** * 1–4 years of professional experience in transactional or corporate law. * J.D. (U.S./Canada) or LL.B./LL.M.
