Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. The RI\-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec \- Santé (FRQS). **Position Summary** Department / Research Program: Personalized Transplant Care Research Program, Nephrology, Medic The coordinator collaborates with investigators and the team members and the study participants to carry out administrative responsibilities in accordance with established protocols and complex procedures, which may be adapted as required. The role primarily involves performing communications and administrative duties, supporting automated office operations, and overseeing the creation and management of study files. It also includes handling and processing data and developing communication material that require a high level of accuracy and specialized knowledge within a clinical research environment. **General Duties** Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent will: * Coordinate team activities by scheduling meetings, facilitating communication, and acting as a liaison between participants and researchers, * Schedule patient appointments, send reminders, and maintain ongoing communication with participants, * Perform administrative duties, including photocopying, printing, faxing, courier coordination, and maintaining organized filing systems, * Perform accurate and timely data entry, * Maintain the program website and support the design and development of program\-specific materials, as required, * Manage and update social media platforms for the Personalized Transplant Care Research Program, * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Website of the organization https://rimuhc.ca/en Education / Experience Education: Diplome of College Studies (DEC) Field of Study: Any Other education considered an asset for this position: Graphic Designing Work Experience: 0 to 6 months **Required Skills** * Advanced knowledge of oral and written French is required. * An intermediate knowledge of oral and written English is required, as the position requires regular and complex contact with researchers or international students who are exclusively proficient in English. * Exhibits good interpersonal skills, * Demonstrates an attitude which communicates support to other departments and colleagues, * Works with general supervision, follows established policies and procedures, * Prioritises work, meets deadlines, * Good organizational and communication skills, * Good judgment is shown in advising the Program Manager and/or delegate of unusual situations or * issues, * Experience with graphic designing, * Excellent French and English, spoken and written, * Excellent knowledge of computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
