Kinetic is in partnership with a well reputed Pharmaceutical company who's looking to hire a Legal Contract Manager to join its expanding legal team in the UAE.
This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with proven experience in commercial contract lifecycle management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or broader life sciences industry.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Managing the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through execution and renewals.
- Supporting legal operations by maintaining contract documentation, templates, and governance processes.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and Business Development to ensure timely legal support for business initiatives.
- Monitoring contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and legal risks across multiple markets.
- Coordinating with external legal counsel and supporting legal projects, reporting, and process improvements.
**To be successful you will need to meet the follow
ing:**
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related legal qualification.
- Proven experience managing commercial contracts within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
- Previous experience supporting manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, legal documentation, compliance, principles, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
