Apply now and transform your career with us. **What You Will Be Doing** * Provides constructability and technical design input on temporary works construction designs to ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements. * Designs and drafts construction methods for temporary works (falsework, shoring, temporary bridges, formwork, slopes, etc.), ensuring completeness and accuracy with regulatory standards and within the contract specifications. * Reviews personal and peer design elements to optimize project constructability, cost effectiveness and material quantities. * Conducts forensic analysis for post\-construction items to support claims mitigation and dispute resolutions. * Submits design for peer review or approval review in an accurate and timely manner to avoid construction delays on the project site. Seals personal and team designs following approval review. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural or related Engineering field required. * Professional Engineering License (PE/PENG) required. * Proven knowledge of AutoCAD, RISA suite, LARSA and MathCAD required. * Proven knowledge of temporary works construction practices and constructability innovation techniques. * Proven success with creative, innovative and optimization strategies for construction challenges. * Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Proven interpersonal skills used to defend, clarify and explain construction strategies and designs * Clear, concise and efficient technical writing skills used in calculation packages. * Able to self\-prioritize and track individual work with limited oversight. * Able and driven to mentor developing engineering team.
