Job Description
At Good Hotel London, we do hospitality with purpose. We’re looking for a **Commercial Support Manager** to help drive revenue, support commercial strategy, and build strong relationships that grow our business across **bedrooms, meetings and events, food and beverage, and local partnerships** . This is a key onsite role, reporting to the **Head of Revenue** with a dotted line to the **Head of Sales** . You will play an important part in supporting the hotel’s commercial performance through sales activity, account support, business development, and cross\-team coordination. **What you’ll be doing:** * Supporting the delivery of the hotel’s commercial strategy to grow total revenue across all business areas * Leading bedroom allocations and supporting the housing agency strategy for Excel London events * Managing and growing relationships with housing agencies, event organisers, sponsors, corporate clients, and local partners * Keeping city\-wide event calendars up to date, with a strong focus on **Excel London** and **The O2** * Generating new business opportunities and helping to build strong base business * Handling corporate and group enquiries, encouraging direct bookings to reduce costs and maximise revenue * Carrying out proactive sales activity including calls, emails, visits, and follow\-up communication * Preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and rate agreements * Supporting site visits, client meetings, and familiarisation trips * Maintaining accurate client, pipeline, and sales activity records across systems * Driving meeting room, group, corporate stay, and F\&B sales opportunities * Supporting system setup across PMS, GDS, channel manager, and extranets * Working closely with revenue, operations, and marketing teams to align priorities and promotions * Monitoring competitor activity, market trends, and local demand generators * Assisting with weekly and monthly commercial reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking * Managing the day\-to\-day corporate and group reservations process, including rooming lists, inventory, cut\-off dates, and booking accuracy * Ensuring a smooth handover of business across front office, reservations, events, and F\&B * Representing Good Hotel professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community functions * Acting as a Good Hotel ambassador by sharing our story, services, and mission with clients, trainees, and new team members **What we’re looking for:** * Target\-oriented mindset with a commercial focus * Strong attention to detail * Positive, ambitious, organised, and self\-motivated * Strategic and forward\-thinking approach * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience * Excellent written and spoken English * Knowledge of hotel PMS systems * Confident and professional manner * Right to work in the UK If you’re commercially minded, relationship\-driven, and excited by hospitality with impact, we’d love to hear from you.
