Position Overview Working closely with leading litigators, you will act on intricate commercial disputes, shareholder conflicts (including oppression remedy claims), securities class actions, capital markets litigation, and proceedings before the Ontario Securities Commission and other regulatory tribunals. You will be involved in all stages of the litigation lifecycle—from early case assessment and pleadings to contested motions, hearings, trials, and negotiated settlements. The role provides meaningful advocacy experience, strategic case involvement, and direct interaction with corporate clients, boards, and financial institutions.
