Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate commercial contracts for compliance and accuracy.
- Review and redline contracts to ensure clarity and legal soundness.
- Collaborate with legal teams to enhance contract negotiation strategies.
- Provide structured feedback to improve contract templates and processes.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
