Job Description
We are working with an international law firm based in Abu Dhabi for a Lawyer to join their Commercial Litigation team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Commercial Litigation team in Abu Dhabi, advising major corporates, financial institutions, technology companies, government and government-related entities, developers and other international clients on complex disputes across the UAE and wider Middle East.
The role will involve working across commercial and contractual disputes, technology and IP matters, fraud and investigations, debt recovery and selected construction and infrastructure disputes. The successful candidate will assist with complex arbitration and litigation proceedings, dispute strategy, pleadings and evidence, mediation and other forms of ADR, while gaining exposure to high-value disputes across sectors including technology, telecommunications, financial services, real estate, energy, infrastructure and construction.
Essential Criteria:
- 1-3 years’ PQE;
- Qualified solicitor;
- Commercial litigation experience;
- Technically excellent;
- Confident communicator;
- Multi-tasking skills;
- Flexible and collaborative team player.
