We operate structured circles of verified  professionals — one per business category — who meet  every week, track every referral, log every introduction,  and build a permanent record of business done through  the network. The platform is live at www.networkdada.com. Our founding circle — Elite Thane Dada — is now open. This is not a side project. It is a funded, live,  growing company looking for the right person to  build it alongside the founding team. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Role We are looking for a Co\-Founder who brings capital,  credibility, and a network — and wants to build  something that matters with both. This is not a job. This is a founding partnership. You will own a meaningful equity stake in NetworkDada  in exchange for your investment and your active  contribution to building the business. You will be  present, hands\-on, and personally invested —  financially and professionally. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What You Will Do You will lead one or more of these areas depending  on your background and strengths: Business Development \& Partnerships Build relationships with potential Circle Directors  across cities. Identify and onboard senior professionals  as founding members. Develop partnerships with  professional associations, chambers of commerce,  and industry bodies. Investor Relations \& Fundraising Leverage your network to support and accelerate  the seed round. Represent NetworkDada to angels,  family offices, and early\-stage VCs. Build the  financial credibility of the company. Community \& Circle Operations Help design and run the founding circle experience.  Define what excellent looks like for Directors and  members. Build the culture that every subsequent  circle will replicate. Sales \& Revenue Own member acquisition and Director recruitment  targets. Build and manage a small sales and  community team as we grow beyond the founding phase. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What We Are Looking For You are not a job seeker. You are a builder. You have a professional network in Mumbai, Thane,  Pune, or another major Indian city and you know  how to activate it. You understand B2B professional  services — consultants, CAs, lawyers, real estate,  IT, finance, or similar. You have seen structured  networking work — perhaps as a BNI member, a  chamber leader, or a community organiser — and  you have clear opinions on how it could work better. You are willing to invest ₹10 to ₹50 lakhs  into the company as part of this partnership.  You are not looking for a salary in the early stage.  You are looking for equity in something that could  be worth significantly more. You are available to work on this full\-time or  near full\-time. Not advisory. Not part\-time.  Present and building. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Specific Background That Fits Well Any of the following makes you a strong candidate: — Former or current Networking Group member, chapter president,   or regional director — Senior professional in B2B services (CA, lawyer,   consultant, banker, real estate professional)   with an established network and client base — Entrepreneur who has built a team, a community,   or a sales operation from the ground up — HNI or family office principal who wants active   involvement in an early\-stage company rather   than passive investment — Sales or business development leader from a   SaaS, fintech, or professional services company   ready to make the founder transition ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What You Get Meaningful equity stake in NetworkDada —  negotiated based on investment amount and  role contribution.
