We own and operate a bouquet of brands, including Rang De Basanti Dhaba(RDBD), which is the biggest North Indian brand in East India by volume. Zing operates outlets in Kolkata, Bangalore and Guwahati** **Zing Also operates delivery\-only cloud\-kitchen brands Deja Bowl, Rosy Roti, etc. This brand is currently present in and around Kolkata, Guwahati and Bangalore** **What's expected from you** * Lead the Multi\-Restaurant Cluster within a City * Be the operational link between the Outlets and the Head Office * Implementation, updating, and auditing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at the outlets * Be responsible for **Outlet’s performances, hygiene \& quality,** cluster Sale and p/l targets * Coaching and challenging Outlet Managers to maximize financial performance at each outlet * Monitoring and analyzing outlet performance on a day\-to\-day basis * Effective use of business measures and tools to implement action plans that improve performance at each outlet **The Ideal Candidate** * At least 6 years of managerial experience at a multi\-outlet operation model * Experience at  QSR / F\&B Chains * Can handle a team of experienced outlet managers * A self\-starter with high ownership levels; someone who does not expect hand\-holding * Comfortable with online tools * One who thrives in chaos * Extremely well organized **Compensation \& perks** * Competitive salary.
