Cloud Platform Engineer – Kubernetes, Azure & DevSecOps

Role Description: A Senior Platform Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance platform infrastructure that supports engineering teams. This role focuses on enabling developer productivity through self-service platforms, automation, and reliable systems.

Required Skills:

· Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred for enterprise environments)

· Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices architecture

Key Responsibilities:

· Architect and maintain enterprise-scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

· Design and implement platform capabilities such as CI/CD pipelines, observability, and developer tooling.

· Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation.

· Develop internal developer platforms/self-service portals to streamline deployments.

· Lead container orchestration initiatives using Kubernetes and Docker.

· Establish and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) into platform design.

· Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application deployment and runtime.
