Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a DevOps Engineer to work on a contract basis. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes to support next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly contribute to improving how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS and Kubernetes to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and configuration management to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate and deliver continuous updates across multiple environments while maintaining system stability.
- Monitor system performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or potential outages to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce security best practices within DevOps processes to support compliance and protect sensitive data.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and incident reports clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills \& Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for reproducible deployments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to automate software delivery.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch to track system health.
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM policies, network security, and data encryption.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to document processes and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
