Since 2023, Hypergene is part of Thoma Bravo, one of the world's leading software investors. **About The Role** Hypergene's cloud service delivers business\-critical data to hundreds of organisations across the Nordics every single day. You'll be one of the people making sure it actually works. As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you'll work hands\-on and close to the product — onboarding new customers, managing upgrades, migrating from on\-prem to the cloud, and solving the operational issues that come up along the way. You'll be part of a tight\-knit team within Engineering and work closely with our Service Center, Product, and Delivery teams on a daily basis. This isn't a role where you sit back and wait for things to break. We automate, improve processes, and build a scalable operational structure — and you'll help shape what that looks like. **What You'll Do** * Work with our operations provider to ensure stable, high\-quality cloud service delivery * Onboard new customers and upgrade existing ones to the latest version * Migrate customers from on\-premises solutions to Hypergene's cloud service * Handle and resolve service cases in a timely and professional manner * Monitor system health, performance, and availability using observability tools * Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes * Contribute to automation efforts to reduce manual, repetitive operational tasks * Keep internal documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures up to date **Who You Are** You like understanding how systems fit together and you're comfortable working in an environment where things move quickly.
